Dear Neighbors,

Thank you for your  input and support as we continue the design process for the Danforth Green project.  As a result of your suggestions and contributions to the plan,  the project has been greatly enhanced.  Danforth Green allows for the unique opportunity to maintain nearly 100 acres of Open Space along the Sudbury River and the Oxbow while at the same time offering residents a variety of housing types including townhomes, cottages and rental apartments.  Trails will meander through the site creating a natural space for residents and neighbors to enjoy walking,  hiking and other outdoor pursuits.  Furthermore, through the use of Low Impact Development (LID) standards, the project will be designed and constructed in the most environmentally and pedestrian friendly manner possible.  We look forward to your continued  input as we progress through the permitting process and then begin construction.  Please feel free to contact us with any questions.

Thank you,
Todd S. MacDowell
